Welcome to Team Meg where we enjoy our carbohydrates, savor our weekend wine and indulge in delicious desserts. "Mother, spouse, Ironman athlete, competitor and survivor." Are just a few words that can quickly describe me.

I could share a complete biography about myself and my work but that is not the essence of personal training. Personal training focuses on YOUR individual needs and goals and if I can be that person to get you there.

My identity is shaped not by the certifications I hold, but by my experiences and the clients I have assisted over the past decade in this field. I truly believe in developing a love and passion for health and fitness that allows clients to see the lifestyle that health and fitness can truly become.

I am seeking clients who are fed up with the confusion and difficulties present in the fitness industry. I want clients who are willing to engage in a program that is fully tailored to their individual needs and current situation. I am seeking clients who are weary of feeling exhausted each morning and who are prepared to embrace and COMMIT to change!

My availability, space and time are quite restricted. I have a busy schedule filled with dedicated clients who have been coming to me for many years.
