I’ve been immersed in the fitness and wellness world since 2001, but my passion for helping people feel their best goes way beyond reps and routines. I’ve worked with everyone from competitive athletes and weekend warriors to those battling chronic pain, injury, or simply trying to reclaim their health — and I meet every client exactly where they are.
What sets me apart? I don’t do cookie-cutter programs. I take the time to understand you — your challenges, your goals, your mindset. Whether you’re navigating injury recovery, managing aging, chasing athletic performance, or just trying to feel better in your skin, I bring a holistic and functional approach to help you evolve — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
With a strong foundation in wellness, functional movement, and anti-aging strategies — plus years of hands-on experience working alongside physical therapists, MDs, and sports therapists — I bring both clinical insight and personal care to every session. My work has also extended into the world of youth and competitive sports through my daughters’ athletic journeys, where I’ve collaborated with coaches and athletes across all levels. From high performers to everyday movers and multi-generational families, I’ve helped people thrive in every chapter of life. As a certified fitness nutritionist, I can also help you cut through the noise of trendy diets to help you understand what truly supports your body, energy, and goals.
I’ve walked through my own fire — including surviving cancer in 2007 — and I’m living proof that it is possible to rebuild, reset, and rise. Age and circumstance don’t define us — but our mindset, habits, and support system do.
I’ll push you when you need it and meet you with compassion when you don’t. Every session is built around how you show up that day — because this is your journey, and it deserves to be treated that way.
