I was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana, and I currently reside in the DFW area with my wife and daughter. I am a certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience. I have recently obtained my license in occupational therapy, specializing in orthopedic injuries. My background in kinesiology has helped me to understand how the body works and taught me the most efficient way to train the body. I am very focused on a hypertrophy-based outline when it comes to my training protocols. I know to ensure adequate weight loss, building muscle has to be your foundation.
