Charles Pope

Grew up in San Antonio, Texas. All my life I’ve been into all aspects of health and fitness. My Father was my hero and mentor growing up, so I wanted to follow a slightly similar path. After playing football for the Chicago Bears practice squad and Naval Academy, I served ten years as a Navy Nurse before being medically retired and receiving my Purple Heart after getting injured in Iraq. My passion and greatest joy is to help others create the best version of themselves, while helping them to expand their mindset and realize that their altitude is directly correlated with their attitude.
